CUSTOM DESIGNS and WEBSITES - For the vast majority of the 14 years I have been designing WebSites, I have done exclusively Custom Designs. Each client has unique needs to be presented on the web. When we meet to discuss your needs, I will determine exactly how many pages and what whistles and bells you need for your site, and determine the costs based on that discussion.

Custom Design work generally requires a 50% deposit up-front to be scheduled. Then the remainder is due on completion. I have the advantage in the beginning, you have the advantage toward the end - and your final payment is not invoiced until completed. In the case of very large or long drawn-out projects, there may be a 75% payment to offset the unbilled time, but most sites are completed within several weeks.

Prior to meeting, please have some idea what you want, the colors you wish to have on your site and a logical flow of page-to-page navigation you want your site to have. Most all sites have, beyond the home page, a Contact Us Page, an About Us Page, a Links Page, and a Map/Directions Page. Beyond that the content is up to you.
